Willy Fanning
In April 1989 my family and I came to Hilton Head Island for a
vacation. Like so many others, we fell in love with the Islands
natural beauty, climate, beaches and quality of life. Upon returning
home to Eastern Long Island, New York, we decided to make Hilton
Head our new home. The following January we arrived permanently and
have never regretted our decision.
In January, 2003 I purchased Shipyard Real Estate Co. and merged it
with Remax Island Realty. We are the ONLY company focused on YOU the
Shipyard property owner and are the Top Selling Team of agents
listing and selling Shipyard real estate for 2004 and 2005.
